I want to know about lawyers fee. How the lawyer fee is being determined.

It depends upon the experience, expertise and desire of the particular advocate.
If you have any issues then check with others about the general fees for the particular cas/mattere so one may not exploit you.

agree depends upon ccase to case basis , experience of the advocate . the fees may be charged on per date basis . in addtion for drafting suit, written staement etc fees will be charged

fees in eastern up is not exorbitant,it is quite moderate and on day to day basis in the range of Rs.100/= to Rs. 500/= depending upon standing of lawyer in civil and revenue cases,only session cases are conducted on contractual basis.Ghazipur might be even cheaper.

Hi Prabhakar Sir,

Can you give me some lawyers in ghazipur who can help me out. Actually, i have one property related case. Property is in village sayar, ghazipur district.
But we are currently staying in hyderabad.
