Ncdex transaction

HI Members,

we are Public Limited Company with few independent Directors.

we have traded in x Commodity in ncdex and also one of our independent Director has traded in same commodity x.

now, we have got a intimation from exchange to cut the position as there is common interest.

However, Independent Director has no financial relation to our Company.

Can any one provide me with some circular or clarification regarding this.

What I meant to say was not in your perspective but in general circumstances which I witness everyday in this column.
