it is granted by local court.. my case is filed at sojat city rajasthan.. please tell me if i argue in court that we are proceding towards settlement with the opponent party.. will court grant me another date.. see i dont trust my lawyer and opponent lawyer.. they are asking for money unnecessary..

There is no illegality if you both parties intimate the latest happening of coming to a solution and on that ground seek some more time.

We all are also lawyers. If you do not believe or lack trust upon your 'paid lawyer', how can and why should you trust on 'free lawyers'? Demand of fee by lawyer is not a ground to distrust him.

Before arguing the case in person,you have to make a prayer that you want to do so in absence of your lawyer.
