Can the unregistered GPA can be Marked as a Document by the defendant.
The despute is related to the site which is located in bangalore.

JSDN rightly speaks,it depends on GPA itself,if given with right to transfer land,it would be treated void by the court,hence no question to mark it.

Yes the unregistered GPA can be exhibited of it is formally proved by the attorney of the principal.
The GPA is not a compulsorily registered document. So registration of the same has nothing to do with its formal proof.
