Dear Sir, my mom have 2 wheeler lone from bajaj finance. but last 4 month my mom cant paid emi for some financialy problem. and today my mom got notice from Advocate. sir please suggest me what can i have to do?? can police arrest my mom.. my mom is 50 years old

Do not afraid. Notice from lawyer of finance company is not any arrest warrant. Your mother failed to pay EMIs in time so it is a reminder of agreement executed. It is advised to pay EMIs arrears first and talk to financer and sort out the issue.

I agree with Mr. Makkad. In case your mother needs further time she may request for the same in her reply to the Advocate and ensure that she abides by the time for repayment of the outsatnding EMIs.
