Buying agricultural land in maharastra

Hi,
I wish to know, if I am not a farmer in Maharastra, and I buy 1200 yards(1/4 acre) of agricultural land at AndraPradesh,where there are no restrictions on buying agricultural land and get the same registered with land records in my name.Post which can i buy an agricultural land in Maharastra? Do I fulfill the required eligibility?

Yes. You have attach the the documentary proof ie record of right to the purchase deed.
