If you require advice from various experts in this site then noting is to be charged but if you take personal services of any lawyer then it depends upon both of you to decide.

I completely agree with Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad.
But many a times, the parties are not in a position to bring many matters fully to the table in this site for obvious reasons and to that extent they are not able to avail the views to the fullest extent.
Therefore, parties do approach the Advocates whom them consider and take opinions. In fact I myself had been approached by parties privately and have paid my fees.
Thus, it depends upon the querist whether to get the advice through this LCI, which is completely free of cost, or through private contact with the Advocates which needless to say involves fees.
