Question call to judge in d.v. act...possible?

dear expers,

recently two judges in d.v. case filed by wife recorded false reason statements while issuing orders against husband. i.e. j m f c as well as reiterated by d.j. without changing the circumstances and without taking the due care of documents submitted by husband against wife.

during reverse case filed by husband against wife with crpc 340/-
can husband call both judges to as witness as they have recorded false statements of reasons in favour of wife without questions?

No. You can't.. If you found any substantial question of law mean you have to challenge it before appeal. Except that you can't call them as witness

They can not be called as witness as the order is passed in judicial proceedings. Had it been passed in administrative proceedings then they could have been cited as witness.
