RTR & jurisdiction in DV case

Hi, can someone tell if one state court has rights to order for residence order (RTR) u/s 19 of DV Act for a house which is outside its local limits i.e. in some other state ?

Yes the court ca pass such order as the court having jurisdiction can lawfully pass any order irrespective of its consequences in places outside its jurisdiction.

Yes. There is no any restriction in DV Act while passing such order.
