There is an online course available. I have done it and got certificate as attached below. Kiran Sir is quite right. But
If you want to apply for online course find the link below- you will avail opportunity when registration is available.

Yes,there is an online course and you register for the same.

eventhough for becoming an rti activist,no such prequalification is necessary,it will help you familiarise with the act more.

spread your knowledge in your area of work/communities and keep helping people to draft rti applications and first appeal and complaints/second appeal etc from time to time and thus a better awareness is created among all.

The author's query is not a course on RTI, he had asked for "a course for becoming registered RTI activist?".

Mr.Arvind had done a course in RTI. It has nothing to "for becoming registered RTI activist."

eventhough,the author's query is for a course for becoming an rti activist,undergoing an on line course as suggested by Arvind (I too had undergone an line course on rti,and it helped me as well others in rti matters)will help everybody in this regard.

further no registration required for becoming an rti activist.

I think the answer provided by Aravind and myself will help the author and others in this regard.
