I was married in 1986.We had twin children in 1992. My wife ran away with another man leaving the children aged 3 years with mein 1996.She applied for mutual divorce in 1997 and since then she is absconding.All along I have brought up and educated the children who are now adults.after absconding for 13 years she again filed for divorce in 2009 and has not appeared for a single hearing.In the meantime she has filed another case in 2011 under domestic violence act.I have lot of evidence agains her and she also ha an illegitimate child.Please suggest course of action to be taken by me.thanks

she is eligible to file divorce.. but her d.v case is too weak.. you no need to worry about it..

You should have taken legal action against her throughout these years but it seems you are keeping mum. Now you file a divorce case against her.

Make a strong written objection against the DV Case and with the help of a seasoned lawyer give a good fight.
