The party is a Indian origin American citizen, he is already working for a US company in USA and he has indulged in Consulting Agreement with a Indian Company, is that valid, there must be an agreement between the company, he is currently working with, in USA, in the inter-alia, can he indulge in this consultancy Agreement?

Dear Mr.Vijay,

Your first query is totaly different from your second query. You have not disclosed that he is already working in a company.

He can enter a consultancy agreement with the permission of the employer.
