Sir 5-6 yera Back we loved eachother and after 2years we got rigister marreige but she dint stay with me from the day one but we use to meet every weeak she use to come to my home becoz she was stadying that time she told me after
my study i will come to ur place but after Exam
she startd teling if my dad send me than only i will
i tryed my best to get my wife but no use now she
is asking Divorce but i am not ready to geve i just
want my wife. She is my mom's brother's doughter he
dont like us i tryed to spoke to him he geve me the
warning teling that if you call or msg me agin i dont
know what i will do.she is already applyd for Divorce
a advocate calld me for Family corut and askd me
r u ready to give the Divorce I told no.and more over
she is not even leting me to speak to her and her mom
is doing all this i dont know what to do please let me
know how to get my WIFE....

you have to appear before the court and have to contest the case. One thing you can do that submit before the court to refer the case to mediation center there your problem can be solved.

dear queriest,
in the absence of any details given about u in u r querry as about the ground on which divorce she is seeking, i expect they may be either on the ground of forced and void marriage or on the ground of cruelty.
in her divorce petition she will not succeed on either of ground.
to get her with u , u need to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. if u dnt file that even if u succeed after let us say period of 3 or 4 years, then also u cannt ask her to get her.
but try to understand that the marriage is relationship by one'w own wish and whims. u cannot force upon any one to stay with u. besides u cannot force any one to enter into physical relationship with u . if this is the situation then what purpose will serve even if u succeed.
instead try to resolve the situaltion with the help of family members as both are related to each other. and in case, if the things dnt turn positive, then get separated forgetting things like a dream. atleast coordeal relationship will be maintained .
to win enyone dnt have forcefull consent but have willfull by convincing other person.

you can resolve the matter with the help of the family members and if the matter is not resolved than it is safe for you to take the divorce in this regard.

It seems you love her but she does not love you, as she prefers to obey her parents only. So, presently you need not do anything. Just wait. Stop even trying to contact her.
Time is a great healer. When she would be fed up with her parents and feel your need on insult by the other family members in her parental home, she would automatically try to come back to you.
