to convert agricultural land into non agricultural land

sir i want to know how much minimum and maximum distance is required from town/village/city of agricultural land into non agricultural land? Or there is no such condition of distance required for it? Plz suggest. Thank you.

Their is no distant limit to convert the land. Land may convert on the proper reason

You have to get the NOC from the concerned departments. Distance is not the criteria.

If the land is in green zone max. 200 meters from village. if it is in res. zone 200 mets. from authorized developed area with proper axes.
