After that he given me small amount and asked me to leave from his house. So I stayed in my aunty's house.Recently I came to know that my mother has executed a vil at the time of her death nd in that vil she had given me some land. After enquiring abt this, I came to understand that the said land has been sold by my step brother when I was 16 yrs old.And that buyer again sold the same property to someone. Now I am 32 yrs old, after 15 yrs, can I have the right to claim my land back??
Can I get justice for my tearful childhood days??

How your brother could sell a land given by your mother by will? Under what authority he sold the property? I doubt the sale would be invalid.

Sir,
I dont know. Vn I tuk the copy of that sale deed, its shows he sell that property for my study purpose and deposit a small amount to my a/c as F.D. The funny thing is that the sale tuk place vn I'm 16 yrs and I was out from that house at the age of 18yrs. Then hw cum the sale is for my benefit and studies. And without knowing that the source of amount was from that, I withdrawn my FD in a unavoidable situation. This is really a cheating case. Is there any way to fight against him and get back my property???

The sale will be held null and void. As a matter of fact the interest of minor always protected by law. Had he obtained necessary court permission in this regard , the sale would be valid.
