respected sir,
i want to know an accused gets punshment in one case by court. will this punishment affect his other case?

No. Such punishment in one case has no bearing in another pending case and no adverse inference shall be taken against him on this ground.

No. The degree of proof is different for each case and the merit of one case has no bearing on the merit of another .

practically it should not affect other case/ cases, as every case has its own merits.

however, the prosecution may use the documents of earlier conviction to show the criminal behaviour of the accused.

If the pending case has any connection with the case that ended in conviction,it would certainly be a ground for urging conviction of the accused in this case also.
