307 & 498

Im a doctor from well educated family . My Family has been arrested with allegation put By My MAMI (My Mothers Bhabhi).she told tht her husband,father in law (70 years) ,mother in law (60) & 3 sister in law (who are married)all of this were asking mony with her & given poison. its been 17 years to marriage of my mami even her eldest son (14)is also with her.
FIR has been filed with IPC 498 & 307 for all six. & they are in jail custody since 15/04/10 pease help me

498 is not applicable in ur case. immidiately take the help of senior advocate (criminal). or file in highcourt.secondly these r the always practices of misuse of course of law ie 498 of u will come out.ask ur family members to be patient it is matter of 10/15 days. after that nobody will finger u, as everyboby knows these r false cases.

307 is a serious section. You should apply for the bail of all these persons through a senior lawyer. File a petition under section 482 cr. P.C. before HC seeking quashing of FIR.

nowadays well educated families r facing 498 a cases.well u have to fight now.Get urself prepared n hire a good lawyer who can apply all tricks to get relief for u.u have not disclosed all facts thats why i cant give u a exact opinion.pls tell what statement was given by ur mami n what medical evidences r against u.the main problem in these cases is medical report if it is strong than only bail of family members is rejected else all family members get bail from lower court.u can call me on 09893166655 anytime.i would like to help n guide u in this matter
