किसी महिला को यदि 3 बच्चे है लेकिन एक बच्चा अन्य किसी दंपति को किन्हीं कारणों से कानूनी तौर पर गोद (गोदनामा) करवा दिया जाए ऐसी स्थिति में क्या अब वह महिला राजस्थान में सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिए योग्य होगी ?

By a proper registration of the adoption deed the biological parents relinquish their rights over the child given in adoption hence literally and legally they will be considered to have only two children.
