REGISTER MARRIAGE AFTER DOING MARRIAGE FROM ARYA SAMAJ

Dear experts,
i want to know after doing marriage from ARYA SAMAJ if we register our marriage at marriage registrar, then will they send notice to the parents of both?
And how much time it takes to register the marriage?

If you have already married at Arya Samaj, then the marriage is only registered with the District Officer of Marriages, the process of notice etc are all exempt and it will not take more than 24 hrs to register the marriage.

For registration of marriage it shd not take more than 24 hrs but in Bandra it takes approx 1 month (they give appointment date only after 1 month)So pl enquire.
They do not send any notice to parents.

After performance of marriage at Arya Samaj, the same can be got registered with the Registrars appointed under the new Rules framed consequent to the recent Judgment of the Supreme Court of India, which is otherwise compulsory. Notice of the same is not required to be given to parents of the parties to the marriage. The time taken in registration will vary from State to State just because of procedure adopted in each State.

iagre with mr vishal and in bandra also we can get the registration within 24 hrs.i know because i am taking the work of marriage registration at bandra.

Registrar of Marriage will issue marriage certificate within 24 hours But day before yesterday I heard in Karnataka it is changed now only after one month certificate will be issued even if proof is produced, I am not sure.

It shall be got registered within minutes because witnesses from both sides with photographs of marriage, marriage card, age proof, residential proof etc. come with the husband and wife for the registration.
