Salary Details from PVT. Companies

Dear Sir/Madam, Can a wife Obtain Salary details of his husband from private company. Husband is working in private Co. and not paying an income tax and not fill ITR. Or there is any ways to Obtaining husband's Salary details. Please suggest. Case is running under D.V act.

You send private investigators. They'd find out your husband's.salary.
