Sir,
I HAVE SOLE PROPRIETOR SHIP BUSINESS WHICH I REGISTERED UNDER COMPOSITE VAT SCHEME BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE VAT PAYMENT AND THERE RETURN PLEASE ADVICE ME.

Not a legal query, relates to procedure, can contact the respective VAT office having jurisdiction or get guidance from local tax consultant.

You would also have to file periodical return, which is online in some states. get services of professional.
