Good afternoon learned members
If a land is granted by govt ( grant lands) against normal payment
Then what is the locking period or sleeping period and who is the authority for alienation and for how many years the alienation can be granted.
what is provision under law which support the above mentioned query

Pursue respective state govt. policy and it might be Collector/Deputy Commissioner/Tehsildar etc.
