sir,

please tell me what is the difference between recruitment advertisement and bio-data enclosed with that advertisement as annexure, can terms of bio-data may contrary to the terms of advertisement, please advise me.

as oper the advertisment graduation was qualification for the post as per that i have been appointed. but along with advertisement there was a biodate called annexure, in biodata there was cluase i have not having higher qualifications. now i got the charge sheet as suppression of fact.
