Sir,
My case is pending in cour under sections 323, 341
Rrecently I have to join government service and have to submit police verification rreport.
Employer will allowed me to join or dney?

Whether sections 323, 341 covers no moral tarplitude, association with crimes of violence??

moral turpitude is irrelevant.

pending criminal case is bar on joining.

fall on the feet of complainant and seek their mercy sand prevail upon him to withdraw.

or else

concentrate on getting other job.
