Dear Sir/Madam,

What is the current scenario of Distance LL.M.?Whether the students who have pursued LL.M by Distance are eligible to be appointed as Assistant Lecturer in any Law College?What is the UGC's response on the resolution passed by Bar Council Of India regarding the subject matter?

Refer the eligibility criteria for NET/SET by UGC.
