share certificate transfer of housing society

My uncle gifted me his flat. We have done registration withstamp duty. Now i want to transfer share certificate..may know exact procedure for documentation. How to approach society and which are differrent documents.

You can as well consult the Society Secretary for this purpose.

Write an application to the President/ Secretary of the Society for transfer of share certificate with a copy of Gift Deed and prescribed fees.

sUBMIT transfer set, to Society, with tr fees; the Society will trf on ur name.

Submit transfer application + prescribed set of documents to be attached + transfer fee to society.
