Counter claim in divorce

(Querist) 02 June 2015 This query is : Resolved 
My wife has filed a divorce case in which I now wish to file a counter claim for divorce on my grounds of cruelty . Wife has closed her evidence and done with her examination in chief .
Now is it possible that I file a counter claim for divorce in the same case or do I need to file a fresh divorce case on my grounds ?

If it is fresh grounds/facts, you have to file separately
