I am Shalini Jain from Delhi living separate from my husband since last 5 years. He didn't give us sum amount nor my daughter not for me.
Women cell instructed him give Rs.2000 for my daughter for every month but he give me few months.
Now he want to sell our flat in Mehrauli. But I want to save house for my daughter for her future.
Suggest me. What to do?

If the flat is self acquired then he can give it away to anyone by sale/transfer/gift deed..........
You can approach the Women Cell or proceed thru your lawyer......

You or your daughter has no share in the flat. however if you file case under PWDV Act then the court may restrain him from selling the flat and may even allow you to reside therein.
