Hi All,
I have purchased a apartment it cost me 4940720 rupees including amenities and taxes and this amount is mentioned in the sales deed.The sale deed does not contain the actual cost of the flat.
Now the problem is i am asked to do registration on 4940720.so what i need to do?
1)Can I rectify the sale deed and add one more page having the cost breakup?
2)How is builder get any profit.is it a mistake by the builder.
3)Please let me what I or the builder or the bank need to do?

Since the deed is not registered you can add as many pages as you want.
The consideration money will have to be mentioned in the ded as without consideration sale is void.

1. If not registered you can rectify with consent of all parties before registration.
2. All the documents need to be referred, consult local property consultant.
3. Consult your lawyer.

Consult your lawyer for adding the details in the Sale Deed.

The actual sale consideration amount has to be mentioned in the sale deed and get it registered. The other taxes cannot be included in the sale deed.
