No birth certificate at all

(Querist) 18 February 2015 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

I do not have a birth certificate at all and my mother is of no help in this case.

I have:
1.) Driving License
2.) PAN Card
3.) Aadhar Card
4.) 1 Year bank statements

I do not have and cannot product any rental agreement as I stay with my cousin. I do get postpaid mobile bill.

I want to get a passport and need help. Somebody advised that a lawyer can give an affidavit and based on that and the above three I can apply for a passport.

Looking for guidance.

Thank you very much for your time and advice, brainsculptor@yahoo.com

The passport officials would better throw light on this issue as to those are enough or you require more.
Without proof of age, it is difficult to get passport.

If a person born on or after January 26, 1989 does not have a birth certificate, she/he can approach the concerned municipal offices to get it. Those born after January 26, 1989 cannot use other documents. They must provide birth certificate

Those who were born January 26, 1989 can provide other documents if they do not have a valid birth certificate.

you can rely upon your school leaving certificate as proof of your age if you were born before january 1989

If you born after 26.01.1989 and your DOB was not registered, file case at competent court for orders to register your birth date with late fee, after it get the birth certificate and proceed.
