post 498a compromise in lok adalat.
Does a wife can file another 498a in same police station. For obvious reasons wife settles marital discord through 498a like previous case.

Now will the PS files the fir/chargesheet, if yes will the have records of previous compromised lok adalat case go against the previous compromised case?

Yes in the basis of new cause of action new 498A case can be filed.

Yes, the wife can file if there is a new cause of action; but not because the compromise has failed or because its terms have not been fulfilled.
