Respected Sirs / Madams,
If a police station deny to accept any FIR or General Diary, can anybody send it through Speed Post or Registered Post in the form of application in plain paper ?

You can send it by registered post and file a petition u/sec.156(3) Cr.P.C.in Judicial Magistrate Court for direction to the Police to treat your complaint as an FIR. You can also file a writ petition in High Court for direction to the Police
