Charged under section 420 and 418i.p.c

Sir,

I was charged under section 420 and 419 I.P.C. by my sister in a private complaint to take revenge on me. The case was given number and summon issued on the basis of uncertified xerox copy of deed with no documentary support claiming consideration. Till today the court is giving dates only. When I can file a discharge petition in the court.

Please kindly advise.
