What is the procedure to get a WILL Probated in City Civil Court and how much time it takes to get the probate ?

it depends whether will is contested or not . if will is not contested you may get probate in 6 months time

1. Join a law college/institute to know the procedure to get a will probated.
2. No one can predict how much time it would take since it depends upon circumstances in the proceedings.
3. However, find out a prudent local lawyer, submit your case file (brief), pay his fees (as agreed between both of you) and proceed as advised.
