Bequeathing property to legal heirs

I own a three bedroom DDA flat. I propose to bequeath it to my wife and two sons in ratio of 40/30/30%. Is it possible legally for the purpose of registration?

1. You can do so but the shares will be deemed as undivided since partition in metes and bounds is not possible.
