sir,
what is the procedure of cancellation of a deed which registered 10 years back?reason is the deed contain a lot of mistakes which cannot rectify.both party are agreed to cancel it.but how can do this?

Execute a deed of cancellation and register it.
Since earlier deed was registered, you have to register the deed of cancellations as well.

What type of deed is this?

If sale deed, submit rectification deed, new deed may attract higher stamp fee applicable as per state law.
