If I have to file civil miscellaneous appeal should I have to send notice to lawyer attending lowercourt or should I via court send notice to the respondent.[opposite party.]

The notice of appeal to be sent to the respondent/party though the appellate court.

You have to follow the direction of the court. Don't apply your own mind in this regard.

on filing the case the court will issue notice to opposite party if the party is not found or not served then process can be taken to get it served through lower court advocate of opposite party

CMA is a different case in a different court. So, you have to sent a notice to the party only.
