i want to know can a non practicing advocate make or certify the title clearance for property. what are dos and donts for and non practicing advocate (doing job).

just do your job . you cannot appear in courts . have you carried out title search of the property in question . only based on title search you can furnish title clearance certificate .

Only a 'practising' advocate,having knowledge in rendering legal opinions can trace the title of the property.
