tenant multiple branches

Owner applied for eviction suit based on his requirement which is defended by Tenant. Now owner has produced documents to show Tenant has other commercial place of business also. Will the owner benefit in any way by arguing Tenant multiple branches

his is very ground of eviction. Prove this fact during trial. You are likely to get eviction decree.
