No return of child after court's alloted custody period

Hi
My problem is, the father got vacation custody of the child for 15 days.He even filed a petition to extend the period by one month, but Honorable High court dismissed the extension.But the father did not return the child even after 15 days.
Mother is worried what to do now.How to get child back.Kindly suggest.
