Qurey written very miserly without any background of the case!

You happen to be an advocate also. I hope you would have read the Act. So it would have been better had you mentioned what is your own opinion and what type of doubt you have in interpretation of relevant section of the Act.

Unless you specify whether you were senior citizen in 2001, on consideration of what and in which circumstances you registered which type of deed, whether made in the name of son/daughter or third party, how anyone can form an opinion on your query very brief academic type of query?
