i would like to know that are there any holidays at first class magistrate in summer vacations.

Hc remains closed for summer vacations for one month .
First class magistrate may take leave for couple of days during the vacation .

It's are criminal proceeding courts and "NO HOLIDAYS FOR THEM "

ONLY CIVIL COURT HAVE HOLIDAYS e.g. 3/5/14 TO 9/6/14
