Hotel rules

(Querist) 26 March 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,

From the registration book of the hotel it is found that no one has been registered in the name of accused and Manager of hotel is also saying that they do not allow guest without registration with proper ID.

Complainer said that they have stayed in that hotel.

What will be the conclusion during trial??
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 26 March 2014
Depends upon how the complainant prove his case and how successful the hotel would be to counter his claim.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 26 March 2014
Yes, to prove their stay you need ocular witness.
