How title to movable and immovable property can be obtained? What are the legal provisions in this regard? Please also provide information of Judgments of the Supreme Court in this regard.

Academic it may be! But is not the title a question of fact than a question of document? It is the settled law that, as far as immovable property i.e. land is concerned, possession itself is title unless it is completely erroneous.
However, with due apologies to the legal fraternity (to which I am yet to be admitted), the position of the original title holder is quite hopeless, if a wild claim is made. He is not assured of any professional assistance to safeguard his means of livelihood in the absence of documents as to title.
