Dear All,
I have find out which company my husband is working . So can i file one simple application for Salary details . As on Right TO Information act 2005.

you can make an application to court calling upon your husband to produce his income tax returns for last 3 years . RTI would not be applicable to private companies

If he is working in private sector RTI is not applicable.
agree the information can be sought through court as advised by the expert ajay sethi ji.

Thanks for all of you !
Last night my husband call me & told me come his native place again . He said you don't have any proof to against me & my family . I am easily come out all of this.
So please give me advice what i do , how can i proof the court about DV. I Don;t want to go his native place again
