In shocking incidence last week The Mother(33 yrs old)killed her two own innocent children. One is 6 years old girl and another 3 years old son in her living home when her husband was on Job(Reason is small family quarrel). Then she tried to commit suicidal Attempt but she went in coma and survived.

After Police inquiry and Post Mortem report it is clear both children were killed by throttling their breath in afternoon the period where none was with Children except their Mother. And now she is in Hospital and recovering.
So what will be consequences does her crimes of killing her two childern need to be proved in court. When a mother kills two children her ultimate intention is to kill herself purely because of her husband. If the MOTHER IS THE KILLER HUSBAND IS THE MOTIVATOR BECAUSE OF HIS ATTITUDES

The husband would be in trouble also if the incidence was a result of domestic quarrel, wife would be in trouble.

If the wife could show that with the long history of prepetual harrassment , torture, violence against herself and the children on the day when the unfortunate incident happened she had lost her complete mental balance on account of grave and sudden provocation and insulting/humiliating remarks about herself and her children whom she had nurtured and looked after their birth. She could state she had totally not aware what happened to her, what possessed her,and who killed her two children and attacked her.

She is not responsible for her actions aas she had totlly lost her power to think/ mental balance on the sudden and grave provocation received.

2. It must first be established that the murder was committed by the mother alone. Even the circumstantial evidence should be fool proof and should be corroborated by independent credible evidence.

3 The Defence lawyer should consider the above points as well while preparing his Defence if these points become applicable to this case
