my mother have relinquishment deed of house property in her name and i want that property should be mutated in her name please let me know what is the procedure of getting certified copies of lease deed and relinquishment deed and thereafter to get property mutated in her name

apply in the office of concerned sub-registrar for getting cc of said deeds.
