Change in surname !

A female continues to use her parental surname post marriage and acquires PAN No and property with this surname and then changes the surname to her husband's surname and obtains a new PAN card keeping the same PAN No. Does she need to take any further action in the matter ?

hope marriage is registered . registration certificate should suffice

Get the marriage registered if not registered already.
