Appeal period for high court

Hi Experts

My wife filled 498A case on me and my parents, I would like to know suppose I found convicted how much time period is available to appeal in highcourt and As the order will pass i will be directly sent to jail or I can take bail till the case is pending in high court.

you may go minimum imprisonment atleast 3 days, after that you file bail. 90days for ap peal
