Sir,
I have some query pl help me.
I am going to Franking of Agreement of Artist fees Rs.1Cr.
1)What is the Percentage i want pay for franking Guy?
2)Can I mention date & Signature on it?
3)please send me the percentage list of payment of value.
4)is there any list of Franking maker?

bank maintains list of charges for franking . visit any local branch of bank offering those services
